Al palato prima si sente il sapore del luppolo, poi ha un finale acidulo tipico delle saison. Ottimo connubio. Schiuma esagerata

Kastanjanruskea korkki, kuten juomakin, jonka päälle asettuu hiekanvärinen vaahto. Etikesissä munkki hymyissäsuin. Makeutta, ehkä hieman liikaakin. Tynnyri tuo seuraavaksi oman sävynsä. Lopussa salmiakkisuutta.
