Meripihkanvärinen, samea olut puolentoista sormen vahvuisella vaahdolla. Tuoksussa on omenaa, tynnyriä ja happamuutta. Olut on keskitäyteläinen, hapokas, kuiva, kirpeä, hapan ja raikas. Mausta löytyy tynnyriä, omenaa, hiivaa, yrttiä ja sitrusta. Mahtava olut. Omanlainen makumaailma. Tuo mieleen paihalaksen oluet. (5+9+4+8+17=43) 4,3

Tommie Sjefs wild ales are single batch, so pretty rare, and not very cheap. I saved this bottle until Christmas to share with my brother and father. To be totally frank, I am quite disappointed. It is missing depth, which leaves a straight forward sour. Not getting any cask lagered goodness. Next time I will just buy a good Oude Geuze.
