A wonderfully rich imperial red -- an amazing find!

An excellent stout, wonderful vanilla flavours and a good balance of sweet malt and hops.

Flight 3/5. Transparent, copper beer releases a silky, cream-colored head that shrinks slowly to a dense ring on the top. The scent displays bread with a strong grainy edge, malt with a caramelly twist as well as a bit of horse stable. The taste is malty and grainy, hops are slightly piney. I also find a bit of fermented raisin. The body is light to light-medium. The aftertaste is bitter, medium-hoppy, offering a pinch of spruce needles, some malt and a grainy touch. The aftertaste lingers in mouth for a medium to long time. The mouthfeel is medium-crisp, a bit strong, earthy, somewhat dry and slightly mouth-drying.

Houblonnée mais relativement douce en goût. Assez classique et sans particularité. Un léger goût de grillé assez agréable

A very light bodied beer with only a slight hop flavour and gentle bitterness which was a little disappointing. It is still very refreshing but needs more hop flavour.
