Rascals Brewing | Sidekick IPA Als Retro IPA…. ….bezeichnet Rascals aus Dublin dieses IPA selbst und ich möchte keinesfalls widersprechen. Bernsteinfarben und trüb mit langanhaltendem Schaum und citralem, tropisch fruchtigen Geruch habe ich es vor mir stehen. Der Antrunk ist crisp, gut karbonisiert und geprägt von Citrus, Limette, Mango, Grapefruit und einer harzigen Bittere. Diese Aromen bleiben dann auch bis zum Abgang präsent. Geradlinig ohne jeglichen Schnickschnack. Süffig und einfach nur gut.
