Honing, bloesem en suiker

Sieges und Schlummertrunk, aber warum muss ich ein holländisches Bier anlegen, kennt dort niemand die App?! 🤔 Fast blickdichtes Schwarzbraun, der Schaum ist schnell bis auf 2 Millimeter verschwunden. In der Nase süßliches Karamell und Milchschokolade. Wenig Rezens, fast cremig, dezente Herbe mit säuerlicher Note. Erst im 3-4ten Schluck kommt das Karamell richtig durch, aber dann geht's schnell zu Werters Echte. Minimale Röstnoten, zum Abgang bleibt herb säuerlicher Kaffee auf der Zunge zurück. Die Aromen an sich gefallen zwar, werden aber schnell eintönig, vor allem fehlt die salzige Komponente komplett, die hätte bestimmt das gewisse Etwas bewirkt.
