Lissabon 6/11: Das letzte Bier im Biermuseum bildet einen würdigen Abschluss: Pilsgelb im Glas, leicht trüb. Die Nase zeigt sich fruchtig-hopfig. Leckere Grapefruchtnoten und etwas Pinie starten das IPA: Die Ananas-Note ist danach sehr dominant, umschmeichelt von Zitrus- und Tropenfrucht. Malzig ausklingend. Ein typisches, recht komplexes American IPA, so wie ich es mag. Moderat herb ausklingend. Sehr gelungen!
