A well worked cloudy apple cider from Hills Cider. Perfect for those hot afternoons when you need a refreshing cider that is complex yet something and easy drinking.

What an amazing cider, perfect blend of apple flavour and sweetness. A well rounded pallet full of flavour. The perfect cider for an afternoon session.

The taste is very artificial, and the alcohol content is needlessly high for a cider.

Less over-the-top-sweet than the typical Australian cider. Still some ways to go relative to a good dry cider like Savannah Dry from South Africa.

Flight 5/5. Semifoggy, straw cider with negligible, white-hued lace ring. The fragrance displays reasonable, natural, light-sour apple juice. The taste receptors experience quite standard light-sour apple nectar with a really natural and Mediterranean touch. The cider ends over time with the same gustatory element as upfront. The mouthfeel is light, fresh, clean, Mediterranean, natural and gardeny.
