Kuohuviinin keltainen, vieno vaahtokukka ja tuoksu marjainen. Ensipuraisu viinimäinen, jälkimaussa hento aavistus suomuurainta eli lakkaa. Sopii hyvin toukokuun kolmannen lauantaisaunan jälkiseuraksi.

Olut on väriltään punertava ja vaahtoa kertyi sormellisen verran.
Tuoksu on mustikkainen.
Maku on marjaisa sekä mustikkainen.
Erilainen saison...

The dusk of Friday means the dawn of the weekend. Hence, something artistic. An apple saison. Sounds... ehh... well, let's see.
The yellow beer descends from the clouds. The carbonation behaves reservedly. A white head fails to exceed half a finger, and its small bubbles burst quickly to wellnigh zero.
Green apple is powerful in the scent. It is supposed to be there, just to clarify that it's not an off-flavor. In addition, waxed apple peel, orange peel, lemon zest, elderflower and whitepepper season the olfactory set nicely. The supportive wheat malt is astonishingly fresh and soft.
Sips fresh. Apple is ample. Green rather than red. Not waxy but certainly with bitter-leaning peel. Lemon pulp and wheat malt big time. The freshness of the latter shrinks a bit. Or actually somewhat more than a bit. It's because the growing yeast occupies more radio frequency on the gustatory airwaves.
The body is light. Could have been bigger... The end is fruity, apple and lemon dominate. That's it. I sit here tasting the aftertaste; perfect pictures of every sip so far; I've known it from the start, this is not my work of beer art.
The mouthfeel is light, zesty, relatively fresh although there's a tiny musty touch to it, as well. Interestingly autumnal. Somewhat dry and drying. Interesting but not a banger.

Olut on väriltään ruskea ja vähä vaahtoinen olut.
Tuoksu on hapan, viinimäinen.
Maku on hapan, viinimäinen, hiivainen, rusinainen sekä marjainen.
Hitaasti nautittava olunen, jonka maku lämmetessä paranee.

Erittäin mielenkiintoinen hieman savuinen vaikeasti mihinkään oluttyyliin liitettävä, koska jotenkin omaan makuun savua ja pientä hunajaista makeutta mutta on kyllä omalla tavallaan erikoinen ja onnistunut nautiskeluolut

Hanasta. Terassikalja. Tosi jännän keitoksen ovat luoneet. Pidän erityisesti tuosta salvian mausta. Kuten myös paahteisesta maltaisuudesta.

Spring!! 🪻🌱 Amidst outdoor work straight from the bottle. This is a Port Barrel Aged Graf. Graf, in turn, is a beer–cider hybrid. This concoction contains apple but also cloudberry. Sounds... Yes. Precisely!
The scent offers sour apple cider. Very nice as a cider. However, there should be something else there, too. Like malt. The flavor profile gives the same apple cider, rather juicy, medium-sour, as well. A pinch of oakwood adds itself to the palate. Not sure about the port... I may spot distant vanilla. Or not. Can't tell. Cloudberry I can't discern with certainty.
The body is thin. The finish portrays the same apple juice and cider as before. Climb into the cotton candy skies, light the aftertaste up with chemicals; ooh, cloudberries, cloudberries.
The mouthfeel is thin, cidery, juicy, autumnal. Easy drink. Okay, goes down, nothing special.
