Enjoying this brewery with Ben in Rapid City, South Dakota on our way to Montana. Stopped here on a break while driving and glad I did. Very nice establishment. Dark brown opaque color. Malty aroma. Smooth soft texture. Flavor has a malt that is not roasted but more like toasted. There is a nutty bitterness to it that continues through a pronounced finish. Touted as one of their best beers here and I agree.
