Pours a slightly hazy with a amber colour with a decent head that provides moderate lacing. The nose is led by tropical fruit notes, with tangerine and grapefruit fruit most notable, and floral undernotes . On the palate, flavours of grapefruit, sweet malts, and a bit tangerine are present. The finish it’s dry and bitter honouring the style. Nothing out of the extraordinary but not a letdown either, so I might have another pint in the future.

Has some light orange zest with some Belgium spices to it. Starts off kind of light, with the orange zest remaining light thru out, but the Belgium spices (clove especially) really kicks is about 1/2 way thru. It says on the can it is also brewed with fresh ginger but I don’t really pick up on that.

Happy Friday. This has a really nice combo. Has a light juicy fruit taste that is kind of non-distinct. Hoppy bite is light. Has some nice medium pine that lingers. Has a very light caramel malt. Overall I really like the pine in this with the malt and hoppy fruit just complimenting it. A lot of IPA’s don’t hit a decent level of pine anymore. I guess I’m just old school. (Or really just old)

Has a nice roasted malt taste with light coffee. Only has hints of cherry. Ok but expected more of a cherry taste.

This is juicy that is mainly orange. Has a light bitterness that barely makes that level. There really isn’t much more to it. Overall it is okay. Not complicated as you can see. Unoriginal. Not one to seek but not one you’d turn down.

Has a caramel malt taste with some light lemony hops to it. Not heavy and a little weak. It does list summer lager on the can. Probably better to try in the summer instead of the day before Thanksgiving. A little history: Youse is how people talk here in the Philly area. For example instead of “you guys” - in Philly you say “youse guys”. They play up the Philly area and I love it. Go Eagles 🦅🦅🦅

Has a toasted caramel / toffee with a hint of apple taste. Then you have to add in a nice very light hoppy bite that hits you in the finish. Overall a nice different Marzen style. It’s kind of a Yin and Yang thing with the taste. I really liked it.

Pretty tasty for a session. Fruity & citrusy with hints of pine. Nothing truly stands out but is flavorful. Has a nice light hoppy bitterness. Surprisingly dark for a session. Overall it’s a session that any IPA lover would like. This would be good on a hot summer day. Full of flavor but not heavy. ‘Bama is beating Ole’ Miss 27-24. It is a great game to watch.

Happy Friday. Just finished mowing the backyard on this very hot day so I needed something light to start with. Has a very light grassy/earthy hop bitterness with very light sweet malt. Neither as strong as a European style but enough there for the taste buds. Hints of lemon and honey. Overall a pretty decent American style pils.
