Low carbonatation. Thin head.
Pretty clear color for a hazy ipa.
The smell has nice passion fruit notes. .8
Passion fruit on the attack. .9
Then some citrus and resinous notes develop. .8
We end on a nice and gentle bitterness along with passion fruit notes and a resinous and floral dimension. .9
Overall that's a good but not exceptional neipa. I guess the cryo hopping is original though! .8

Medium sized bubbles. Thin head. Hazy troubled color.
The smell is very interesting. We have hints of lemon peel. We also have floral notes. We can of course also smell some pineapple. .8
The attack has citrus notes. .9
Then comes some pineapple aromas. Not super strong but there. .8
The aftertaste begins with perfumed floral and citrus notes, probably from the linalool and myrcene. The aftertaste lasts for a long time and features balanced and complex fruity, and floral notes. Some pineapple hints are also present. .9
Throughout the degustation we have a great resinous perspective that offers an interesting perfumed dimension. The only downside with this beer would be that they probably added the linalool and myrcene artificially... If we put that aside, it's a good beer! .8

Extremely clear color for a stout! Nice thin head. Big bubbles, pretty high carbonatation.
We can smell the white chocolate from miles away. We also have some raspberry, nice! .9
Attack with white chocolate and raspberry. Pretty balanced but not too powerful. .8
Then it continues to be like this, there's not a lot of evolution. .7
The aftertaste has nice raspberry notes and also a bit of sourness. It is not very powerful but good enough. .8
Overall, it is a beer that has some nice raspberry and white chocolate features. It's refreshing, balanced and a bit complex. However, it's not at all stout like. The color is not there and the taste is nothing like a stout... That's a pity! .7

Nice head. Medium carbonatation. Slightly hazy robe and orange-yellow color.
The smell is very perfumed. We have floral notes that beautifully mix with scents of citrus (orange, lemon and grapefruit). We also have notes of passion fruit (mainly mango and papaya). Amazing smell! 1
The attack is floral and offers nice citrus notes of grapefruit and orange. .9
Then, we continue to have beautiful citrus notes of orange and grapefruit. We also have floral hints that are more discreet but still present. The passion fruit dimension is also there. 1
This is followed by a gentle bitterness and sweet citrus aromas. The aftertaste is not super complex but still very good. .8
Overall this is a very complex, perfumed and expressive beer. This is a beer with a unique way of expressing its aromas. I'm happy I tried it, I loved its fruity perspective and gentle bitterness. It's a great beer, complex and well balanced. .9

A lot of big bubbles and a yellow colour.
Strong lemon smell. Very citrusy smell with hints of orange. We have a nice lemon peel smell and also a bit of floral notes. .9
The first taste is full in the lemon. .7
The middle taste continues with strong lemon notes. .7
Finally, the aftertaste shows a bit more than lemon with orange and floral notes. .8
Overall, a beer that keeps its promises with a nice lemon flavour (lemon, lemon peel). Very refreshing and with a very little bitterness that could be improved in my opinion. Also, the taste is not very complex nor balanced as it is full in the lemon. So it's good, it keeps its promises, it's refreshing but it could be more bitter and complex. Nice beer though! .7

This is very light. It has a grainy malt. Has a little citrus that is mainly lemon/lemon zest which pretty much dominates the taste. Light bitterness.
I will say this. It is beer. Typical American craft that adds some lemon and calls it a lager.

Supposed to be a WC IPA. This has a pine and citrusy taste that leans towards lime and very light grapefruit. Has a little dankness to it. Hoppy bitterness is light. Not much from a malt perspective.
Overall it’s lightly hopped and tastes very good. Has some WC qualities but not truly traditional. Rated based on taste alone.

This one is yummy. Has some dark roasted malts with just a little char to it. Has some light+ dark chocolate and bakers chocolate. Has some medium coffee. Hints of dark fruit. Bitterness is medium+. It is kind of thin. Very flavorful. Hides the alcohol. I didn’t even realize it was an imperial until I looked at the can.

Going to the darker side today. This has a somewhat strong presence of maple syrup followed by some walnut/pecan overtones. Moderately sweet but not overbearing. Don’t pick up any alcohol given it is an imperial.
Overall a nice dessert beer or breakfast beer given its name.
