This is fruity that leans towards melon & white grape with some very light piney resin. Has an almost medium hoppy bite. It’s supposed to be a west coast style but looking towards the future. Tastes more like a hoppy hazy IPA. Very good tho. Enjoyable on the last of our extraordinarily warm November days. 66 degrees today. It has been Sept weather. Watching football in the garage with the door open. Tomorrow back to the 40’s and for the foreseeable future. Ugh

I find this one a bit strange but also intriguing and complicated. It’s fruity, that is a bit tropical, that leans towards tangerine & coconut but there is more there that I just can’t put a finger on as the rest is very light. I get a bit of mint that really comes out in the aftertaste. It just kind of lingers in the mouth. I also get some very light like wood taste. Another hard to describe as it’s not like you would get with a stout. Just hints of a freshly cut tree is my best description. Barely there but there. Overall it’s a quite different DIPA unlike any I’ve had before. I found it very enjoyable. I find the mint still waking up my mouth as I finish. Neshaminy Creek has some good stuff.

Well it’s beer. That is the best I can say about this one. Has light banana and cocoa but is very tart. Like very tart apple. This was not what I was expecting for a dunkel Weiss. I’m having a tough time drinking it. Watching the aftermath of yesterday’s football games. This beer reflects how well my Eagles played yesterday. They just laid an egg. 🦅🥚🦅🥚. What salvaged the day is that the Cowboys lost too

Happy Friday. Starting with a red imperial IPA. This has nice balance between the malty & hoppy side. The malty side has some nutty toffee with some toasted bread/grains to it. The hoppy side is lightly bitter, citrusy with some light pine. Overall I love a really good red IPA. This one is good but not great. Everything works but is a little light.
