This is beer number 2 (no particular order) from the brews brothers collaboration case from parallell 49 brewing.
A beautifully copper colored super clear dopplebock with extremely faint aromas of caramel, grain and a hint of whatever hops were used for bittering. Very mild.
Mouthfeel is creamy smoothe with a medium heavy body.
The tongue reads syrupy sweetness with caramel and grain flavours, not a lot of hops here. Its tasty enough but not one I'm a big fan of. Quite boozy too.
