Plutôt sympathique, florale avec un goût de bois de réglisse très présent mais ni envahissant ni écœurant. Je déplore un réel manque de carbonatation pour une bière de ce genre.

Très belle odeur caramélisée, tout comme au goût et également très torréfié. Une excellente Rousse !
