Best I have had from these hands down. This beer has it all. Great look, great aroma and great taste. Fresh as a daisy with a sweet hop aroma mixed with fresh yeast. Silky mouth feel with a hop-forward taste thanks to the simcoe presence. Nice and bitter on the finish! 👏🏻 Edit: finish was soooo bitter on this that it became a bit unpleasant, maybe I took too long to drink it but removing 1/2 a star. Edit2: there was LOADS of residue left in the glass upon inspection, might explain the bitterness.
