Kultainen, kirkas ja kaunis katsella. Tuoksussa geneeristä kirpeyttä. Maku on erikoinen, niin hyväö kuin kurkku hevilaatikosta nautittuna onkin, sen maku ei toiminut Köpiksessä aamuyön tunteina GT:ssa, eikä se toimi tässä sourissakaan, vaikka kirpeys pyrkiikin pelastamaan sen mitä vain kykenee. Flight 2/4. Transparent, yellow beer with a glowing golden hue and decent, long-lasting carbonation creates a half-a-finger, velvety, clean white head that descends soon to a hair-thin lacing on the surface. The contracting foam leaves only a few vertical, downpouring traces. The nose likes the nuances of cucumber that finds company of basil and fresh-cut grass. The tongue gets puckered because of the hefty sour cucumber juice, loads of lemon pulp, a good amount of lemon peel, some passionfruit and a pinch of basil. I also find a distinct salty punch and a whisper of coriander in the background. This beer's body is also really light. The beer finishes with extraordinarily sour lemon juice and peel, a nice addition of cucumber and a herbal twist. The aftertaste keeps the tastebuds alert for a long time. The mouthfeel is light, truly juicy but not vegetal despite cucumber. It's also tart and relatively puckering, a bit acidic and mouth-drying.

Such a delicious and refreshing beer 💕 pretty sweet experience, this one. Not as sour as some berliner weisses (unfortunately), but I'm loving the cucumber!
