Taste has bourbon, lots of oak from the barrel aging and faint coconut. Tasty. 4.25/5

Aroma is coconut, bourbon and a slight bit of caramel. The taste offers coconut and bourbon first. There's a fruitiness in here as well. Sweetness from the bourbon is great. This beer shifts flavor profiles. At first sip, you get the coconut and bourbon. Then at some point, you get a unique fruitiness. Now I'm getting the sweetness from the bourbon along with the fruit, with very little remaining trace of the coconut. Amazing complexity. The fruit in this comes off as tropical on one hand and dark on the other. Almost like a tropical raisin, if such a thing existed. Excellent beer and highly recommended if you come across it. 4.5/5
