L’étiquette de cette bière d’étudiants ne ment pas, à l’ouverture on sent fortement la prune. Malheureusement, l’arome dégage aussi beaucoup d’alcool sirupeux. En goût, l’ensemble reste cependant assez agréable quand un malt caramélisé se marie à quelques noisettes et qu’une douce amertume vient fleurir la fin de bouche. Plaisante, mais guère transcendante ! ENGLISH: The label of this student beer does not lie, when you open it you strongly smell the plum. Unfortunately, the aroma also gives off a lot of syrupy alcohol. However, the taste is still quite pleasing when a caramelized malt is combined with a few hazelnuts and a sweet bitterness blooms in the aftertaste. Fun, but hardly transcendental!
