.A Belgian Saison -light, delicate and easy-drinking with German varietals to dry-hop giving a bold flavour profile hinting at white grape, tea and black peppercorn.

Very gassy but light tasting beer. Floral notes and a balance of hops and malt.
Nice but i prefer more flavour

The first beer from this month's Beer 52 box. It pours an ever so slightly hazy golden colour with a bubbly white head. Aroma is of Belgian yeast. Flavour is of a Belgian saison, typical wild yeast flavour, but quite tart. It's actually quite light and refreshing, not at all what I was expecting.
