A Bock is always appealing. This beauty is dressed in transparent, light brown. The hat is latte-hued and velvety and seems to be also sustained as a cute lacing adorns the top for long. The scent offers bitter caramel malt and a smoky wisp. Interesting. Very simple and straightforward. The tongue enjoys caramel malt, not particularly bitter actually, dried peach, a pinch of toffee and raisin. Alcohol is absent. Relatively sweet-leaning but very drinkable. The body is light-medium to medium. The finish tweaks moderately more bitter, yet it's rather caramelly and malt-forward. The aftertaste is a tragedy that ends in falesia filled with apathy. The mouthfeel is somewhat sappy, lip-glueing, faintly smoky and still a bit on the light side. It's clean and balanced as well as gluggable.

Non diresti che è una birra scura, amara il giusto, gustosa e abbastanza corposa.
