Tangerine session IPA. Winner of the 2017 Prototype Challenge, Clockwork is a session strength IPA, infused with tangerine. A session beer at 4.5 ABV with a juicy citrus hit and mellow tropical notes on a toasty and caramel background.Firm piney bitterness and caramel malt provide a recognisable IPA profile and spring the citrus hop notes from your glass - tangerine, grapefruit and hints of lime.

Tangerine aroma is very subtle, it's mostly just caramalts, the taste is slightly unexpected, almost heading more towards a fruited lager flavour profile, bready, malty, slightly sweet and only a hint of the tangerine, the hoppy and piney bitter aftertaste reminds you it's an IPA though. Overall, kind of strange and not what I expected but it's decent.
