Dry, with a light natural acidity, the dominant character is the muted esters of the French saison yeast as well as the work it has done on transforming and shaping the fruit character provided by Motueka and Pacific Jade dry hops.

Nice lively lime or kiwi beer. It’s rather sharp on the palate and has a lasting aftertaste
