Murky, light copper beer with lively, sustained carbonation unlocks a creamy head, both for the color and texture, that shoots up to more than two fingers' tall. The foamy stack dissolves fairly slowly down to a patchy, moldy layer. The withdrawing foam paints the glass with multiple lacy zigzags. The fragrance offers rather mild barley flour, some biscuit and an oaty nuance. It's interesting that oat comes out so distinctly since the beer doesn't contain oat. The taste receptors like the soft and smooth oaty aroma that gains followers from multigrain bread, a bit of crackers, distant biscuit and medium-sweet blood grapefruit. The body is light to light-medium. The beer finishes with soft and slightly sweet, somewhat grainy bread, biscuit and citrus peel. The aftertaste rolls on tongue for some time. The mouthfeel is surprisingly soft and smooth, a tad satiating, light-crisp and slightly mouth-drying.
