Sour keys eh? How can I not? Dimebag Darrell?🤘 How can I not? A foamy shaving cream like head tops this dirty golden brew. A creamy tropical fruit, a tart grapefruit, a pineapple champagne, a candy like something, and a sort of yeast ester note are the aromas that rock my inhalation ports. A body on the lighter side of medium yet still creamy, delivers a decidedly candy like taste. Sour keys, cherry blossom, the yeast notes and tropical fruit are the main flavors I'm getting. The generous but not overbearing tartness helps add a citrus or grapefruit like sensation but also helps build on the whole sour key thing. There is just a little something.missing that would make this a 5 star beer, but I don't quite know what it is. Stronger flavour, more carbonation, a little sweeter? I don't know but I don't care either, this is a funky tasty beer.
