Flight 2/4. Transparent, gold beer with a pure white, meager lace ring decorating the top. Again no fragrance on this brew. The palate portrays medium-dry apple cider with a somewhat vinous twist. The body is light-medium, that is surprisingly thin for 9.7 %. The beer ends with medium-dry apple cider with a moderate twist of white wine. The aftertaste rolls on tongue for some time. The mouthfeel is relatively cidery, a bit vinous, refreshing and remotely dry.
