Flat, no taste beside a tangy sweetness. Not my beer at all...

The Unfiltered Pilsner pours semifoggy, amber with a cloud-white, tiny-bubbled head that falls short of half a finger's yardstick. The head dissipates quickly to a gossamer lace ring circling the surface. The fragrance offers farmhousey malt with a distinctly cellary hint. The taste palette reveals relatively strong malt that has lost a big part of its "farmhousiness". I pick also an unrecognizeable citrusy touch over very faint popcorn. The body is light-medium. The beer finishes unchanged over medium to long duration. The mouthfeel is slightly crisp, distantly earthy, considerably thinly cellary and appealingly refreshing.
