Mainio ipa. Kivasti potkua ja hyvät katkerot

Kräftiges, süffiges IPA mit strammen 7%. Typische Zitrusnoten im Antrunk, Bitterorange und etwas säuerlich. Auf dem Fuß folgt eine strenge und nachhaltige Bittere, die mir schon fast zuviel ist. Trotzdem nicht schlecht.

Perus indian pale ale.

Nosing: dried lychee / longan Starts with strong bitterness, moving to a more metallic flavour profile and hoppy bitter end. Notable alcoholic dryness I have noted that most Hong Kong beers have a very similar aroma but this is the most bitter of its range. An enjoyable beer nevertheless but the original red is still the best in my books. Hkd 20
