Nosing: Frgarant dried longan Pallate Starts with a wheaty flabour, mild longan sweetness and dried maltiness with slight metallic flavour. Ends with dried bitterness. I enjoy the complexity of this amber ale, have many different flavour profile but I didnt appreciate the metallic flavour standing out too much. Its not overly sweet and has the malty flavour that i enjoy. Hkd 30
