At first it hit me with a almots apricot flavor that lasted a second and turned to biscut pleasure. Perfect amount of bitter perfect finish. Great aftertast. Full bodied and ripe. Great balance. WOW. I made this. It has a fair bit of chill haze but clears up after warming a bit. It pours copper orange and has a moderate head. Aromas are caramel, biscuit, bread, and a slight berry. Medium body, a little sweet but balanced nicely. It's mostly smooth but with a bit of tingle from carbonation and hops. Flavours are caramel, bread, biscuit, a mild berry like taste and some bittering from hops. Slightly sweet aftertaste. It could be a bit more bitter and use a bit less biscuit malt, but over all I dig it.
