Mousse blanche, robe dorée claire, légèrement trouble. Triple bien faite, légèrement sucrée sans excès, arôme de pêche perceptible et de sureau. Je ne reconnais pas les fruits exotiques annoncés dans sa description mais c'est tant mieux. Bonne équilibre sans réelle grosse surprise. Fait le boulot et c'est déjà très bien. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir si je la recroise.
