Lightly hopped with Eukanot and fermented with 4870th generation JW Lees yeast. Second iteration of this seasons Brown Ale recipe with the ratio of of Crystal to brown malt increased to improve the balance in this malt forward beer.

Tuoksussa paahdetta, kahvia ja suklaata.
Jännä koostumus. Ei paksu runko, mutta suutuntuma kuitenkin oikein runsas. Myös oikein pehmeä olut.
Nyt on jännä maku. Taitaa olla salmiakki joka ekana valtaa suun. Maussa myös karamelliä, paahdetta, kahvia ja suolaa.
Kuiva jälkimaku.
Tölkissä lukee että tämän oluen toinen resepti ja kerrottu mitä muutettu. Ei siis maistune samalta kuin ennen.

An almost porter-dense brown ale, it’s not too heavy and full of a pleasant malty flavour. Eminently drinkable.
