Piney hops in the aroma. Some caramel as well. Taste has a little bit of the hoppiness from the aroma along with a huge malt presence. Some caramel. Definitely has some booziness going on. One of the more interesting amber ales I've tried. I think I like it, though. Glad I picked it up and gave it a try. 3.5/5
