BIG UP is our revolving single hop series that will feature some of our favourite little green cones and some that we want to get to know a little better and bring into the brew house. As well as featuring a new hop each brew, this beer is fermented with our new London Ale III yeast pitch that will aid in a softer and fuller mouthfeel and bring with it peachy and stone fruit esters. Our first BIG UP showcases Simcoe, one of our favourite hops known to bring a myriad of orange, peach, mango, resin and pine. Expect a little bit of each as this hop is used at varying stages throughout the brew day and dry-hopped multiple times to get as much as possible from this boisterous hop. Unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised natural beer. Suitable for vegans.
