Our home leg collab with our good friends from Red Cat brewery is a crispy mid strength India Pale Lager featuring a blend of old and new German hops with a helping hand from something unapologetically fruity. We’ve lead with the lemony and oh so sherbetty Perle and a backed it up with Citra to bring all the citrus we can to the base beer. From there we smashed the clean fermented lager bier with a heavy Hallertau Blanc dry hop with another small helping of Citra to elevate the delicate and elegant flavours already locked within this beer. Cold conditioned for many moons this beer is crisp, clean, balanced and perfect for drinking with likeminded friends. Unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised natural beer. Suitable for vegans.
