For the Waterkant, a beautiful catering facility in the heart of Amsterdam the brewery brewed the Biri . A tropical lower in the style of corona and desperados. Packed in a transparent bottle with the famous IJ label design. Only 4.7% alcohol and preferably served with a grapefruit wedge instead of a lime or lemon (after all, you have to be a bit innovative).  The taste is fresh, soft, light citrus and little bitterness. The beer is even slightly sweet. Since my grapefruits were rather on the big side, I opted for a lemon wedge in the beer. Whether this would make any difference to the taste of the beer, I leave it in the middle. On the label we see a tropical image of a parrot, to convey the tropical summer feeling there is no lack.
