Roè won a bronze medal
at the Bruxelles Beer Challenge 2017 and 2019 in the category “Italian Grape Ale”
In addition to the classic ingredients of beer such as water, barley malt, hops and yeasts, this recipe features Arneis grape must from Azienda Agricola Valfaccenda (www.valfaccenda.it).
This beer has a rich golden colour, with an intense floral perfume that recalls white flowers. the taste is fresh, dry, and with a bitter almonds’ aroma.
Good to drink as an aperitivo, it gives its best when paired with fresh or semi-matured cheeses, and with goat’s cheeses in particular. Moreover, it pairs very well with fish dishes.

Onko se viini, onko se radler, onko se siideri, ei se on olut! Vieläpä Belgiassa palkittu olut. Lopulta itsekin päädyin siihen että hyvää tämä on.
Tosi hedelmäinen tuoksu jossa makeutta.
Ihan ok runko. Tosi mehumainen suutuntuma. Maussa kirpeyttä, hedelmäisyyttä, omenaa, viinirypälettä ja valkoviiniä.
