Im Glas hell und trüb. Schöne stabile Schaumkrone. Geruchlich sehr dezent. Leicht citral. Es schmeckt leicht süßlich, super süffig und trotzdem ausgewogen. Das "normale" Zäpfle ist nicht so meine Kragenweite, aber das hier ist super.
