Porter fermentée avec du jus de mandarine. Puis infusée avec du zeste de mandarine, des épices et du chocolat.
C'est assez raffiné, pétillant. On a bien le goût de chocolat noir et d'orange amère.
Finale acide et amère.
Sympa mais pas dingue.

Delicious and perfect winter fireside beer. Like a chocolate orange (the dark one anyway) full bodied and oily with sweet tangerine and dark chocolate flavours. As this was produced at the end of last year they’ve thrown in some Xmas spices for good measure which adds a nice depth. Finish is dry and bitter (almost burnt) dark chocolate.
