Anything by Odin at a BBQ with good friends will be great. The 6.5 IPA is exceptional choice to be paired with a steak

Been a bit of a long day and I could use a bit of cheering up. What better way than to go on adventure with a dragon. A galactic space dragon. The mood lightens as a hazy golden yellow beer fills my glass and the Dragon releases billowy light froth building to 1 1/2 fingers and then falling back to make a nice thin layer. The as the aromas take flight they bathe the nose is juicy tropical stone fruits, mango, light grapefruit, mild pine, and an easy biscuit malt hint. As our cosmic dragon ride continues our palate is treated to a light body but a nice thickness like that from oats. An amazing mix of flavours cascades over the tongue. Grapefruit rind, pineapples, peach, kumquat, resinous pine, and of course some biscuity malt. There is a fair bit of bitterness but it comes across more like the tartness of grapefruit rind or something like that. You can also taste some yeast components. The dragon brings me back to earth happy and loving life.
