Intéressante cette Brown beer de Suisse. Couleur très opaque, le goût est pas mal original.

Murky, deep dark brown beer looks like thick hot chocolate. The top receives a chocolate-colored, big-bubbled head that climbs up to three fingers. The foam descends rather quickly but lingers as thin lacing for substantially long. The scent is medium-hefty, offering appealing nuances of milk chocolate and somewhat dry cocoa powder. This is getting promising! The tongue is blessed with unbelievable, massive, delicious dark chocolate and relatively strong cocoa nibs, seasoned by a dollop of black coffee and a faint ashy note. The full-bodied beer ends with slightly dry, raw chocolate and a suggestion of overstayed black coffee, followed by a distant ashy note. The mouthfeel is round, smooth and full, actually feels much fuller than what the 6 % would suggest. It's also somewhat creamy, very remotely sappy and slightly burned.
