Really good beer, nice smooth taste throughout, good hop finish. Definitely a beer you can drink throughout the night without tiring out the tastebuds.

The Dr. is in. Olfactorily this dunkel offers rich caramel, rye bread, brown bread crust, toffee, a little bit of raisin, and a little bit of chocolate. The mouth feel of this brown beer is slightly silky with a bit of tingle from the carbonation. It has a medium thick body. It is a little sweet but is balances with a mild bittering earthy hops with a slight hint of leafy lemongrass. The malt offers much that was promised in the aromas, dark bread, caramel, mild hints of molasses, raisin, and a sort of root beer note. A tasty brew to be sure.
