8.5% Black IPA / Cascadian Dark Ale
A portentous Black IPA, with body and character, and at the same time, is a silky and incisive beer. Black body with creamy and lasting light brown foam. Aroma and flavor stand outs the resinous, herbal and citrus notes from the different hops used, accompanied by notes of toasted malt and chocolate. Aftertaste of roasted malts and pleasant bitterness with alcohol very well integrated.

Robe brune, mousse cappuccino dense et persistante. Au nez : c’est très rond, très cacaoté, presque chocolaté 🍫 En bouche : une mise en bouche ronde, gourmande qui, il est vrai rappèlera la Guiness, avec des notes de cacao et plus subtilement de café et boum ascenseur émotionnel avec une jolie amertume, gros rétro sur le café ☕️ Bilan : Une belle réalisation que je trouve plus Black que IPA.

Une black IPA avec un léger goût de café en premier puis des agrumes, un très belle amertume 8,5 degrés quand même !
