We brew this outstanding lager with water from our own wells located in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. Barley germinates on the malting floors of the Bernard malt house as it was done centuries ago. The traditional Czech double decoction mashing technique brings you a full body taste in harmony with the refreshing bitterness provided by noble Saaz hops. To keep the best sensorial conditions, we made the decision not pasteurise the lager after it spends several weeks maturing in the lager cellars.This way we can provide you the experience of completely natural Bohemian style lager at its best.
