Misty, light copper beer with a whipped-creamy, off-white head that elevates up to two fingers. The foamy pillow shrinks gradually down to a thin lacing on and paints the glass with multiple thick coverings. The nose senses a bit of biscuit, a tiny pinch of bread and distant dried apricot. The taste is somewhat confusing and fuzzy: a combination of orange zest and dried apricot, on one hand, and a bit of bread and sweet biscuit, on the other. The body is light. The beer ends with apricot, yellow sultanas, biscuit and faint dough, followed by a whisper of honey. The aftertaste keeps the tastebuds alert for a long time. The mouthfeel is light, rather fresh, also somewhat confusing and messy.
