Birra IPA con l'aggiunta di succo di pesca concentrato, che si sposa perfettamente con i sentori fruttati tipici di questo genere di birre e li rinforza. Ovviamente la pesca è l'aroma principale, su una base di luppolo. Il sapore rispecchia quanto avvertito all'olfatto, la pesca mitiga l'amaro delle IPA che si sente netto solo nel finale.

Jolie couleur dorée, nez fruité qui prédit une belle amertume. Au palais, c'est bien une IPA mais elle reste fruitée et relativement douce. Parfaite en apéritif.
