A slow wave of bitterness hugs me gently… My wife says this is way too cringey for a beer review. I have this problem of immediate feedback when I dictate reviews to my phone. She is visibly disgusted by my sensual poetry. I'm just trying to say that it takes some time before the bitterness emerges, grabs you in its firm embrace, drowns you in kisses and you ride to the sunset together.
