This stout passes my flashlight test with only just a faint glimmer of light passing through at the thin edges. A nice thick foam head that settles into a respectable lasting thin layer.
Rich roasty coffee aromas with some vanilla and a tiny hint of cherry. There is a little bit of chocolate in there too it's not a significant player.
On the tongue there is an interesting battle between sweet, and tart. Creamy and rich mouthfeel with a medium full body.
It has coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and sour cherry. Beautiful roastiness all throughout. Interesting and tasty.
I sure love this wide, weird, wonderfull world of beer. 😁🍻

Tart red cherry splash in a rich milky stout.
