This winter inspired pils is a classic drinkable pilsner brewed with spruce tips. Like a deep breath of fresh Northwest winter air, Yellow Snow is crisp and clean with a refreshing hint of spruce making this pils enjoyable time and time again.

El toque de abeto le da un sabor dulzón, como a gominola, muy agradable. Por lo demás una rubia

Pours to a medium-high, thick head. Dissipates quickly. Color is a deep yellow and definitely hazy. Not much aroma. Has a soft smooth mouthfeel. Starts slightly sweet, and ends a bit bitter. Can definitely taste the spruce tips, has a flowery type taste. Finish is dry, seemed quick but the Spruce lasted longer. Very interesting Pilsner. I'll definitely recommend this as one of my favorite Pilsners. ( New photo because of Mr. X. I think mine have been boring. )
