Trying to keep from getting blown off the pier on a very windy Gulf Coast day. Staying away from others, family only. Tan head that dissipates completely. Very dark reddish brown color but not totally opaque. More of an amber aroma. Soft and just a little creamy. Roasted flavor. Not sweet and not bitter. Finish as a mild roasted and earthy tone.
