The nose enjoys the powerful aroma of raisin, very sweet honey-coated cookie, ridiculously hefty maple syrup and sweet bread. The palate is oversweet but still manageable. Maple syrup brings in an impression of American pancakes. Sappy biscuit and raisin-filled bread constitute the skeleton of the taste in addition to the maple syrup. The body is full. The finish is still oversweet with raisin, maple syrup, cookies and sweet brown bread. The mouthfeel is sappy, quite strong, relatively heavy, dark-fruity and relatively lip-glueing.
